Bouncing around the intertubes, I located an excellent cache of behind-the-scenes spy pics from the Hengdian, China, location for The Forbidden Kingdom. It really does look like they had a blast shooting under the direction of Rob Minkoff, with Peter Pau utilizing the primeval surroundings and Yuen Woo Ping putting together awesome fight sequences on the fly…
