We ran into this item and thought it was cool enough to post (OK, and it gave us a chance to post more pics of these stunning actresses from the premiere…)

More after the cut…

MILAN, April 30, 2008/ FW/ — For a night on the red carpet, Chinese actress, Li Bingbing wore Atelier Versace. Li Bingbing plays Ni Chang, a white-haired demoness, in “The Forbidden Kingdom” directed by Rob Minkoff. Her black Atelier Versace dress was the perfect gown for the opening night held in Beijing Chaoyang Park on April 16th. The floor length silk tulle g own was heavily embellished with metalized paillettes and microcrystals producing an overall look that was luxurious and elegant while at the same time hinting at the evil tendencies of the character she plays in the film.

Bingbing and Yifei say, “Downloading is not cool! Go see The Forbidden Kingdom at the movies!”

Gee, if only people would actually listen to these two! Three versions of the movuie are already on Youtube, one version in spainish, another in english without any subtitles for translating then a version only in swedish. I for one think those that posted the movie on youtube so early are nuts, I saw it now a total of seven times at my local cinima and loved it each time! Youtube can’t top going to the movies!!
Yee gods! The White Witch looks snazzy!!
Does anyone know of when the movie comes out to DVD?
Don’t know yet, but I’ll definitely be getting it. Yeah, the pirating is way out of control. Really lame. This is a movie that NEEDS to be seen on the big screen at least once (I’ve seen it three times!)
Looks like Loinsgate had been notifed before the vid was even put online, the spainish and swedish versions were removed by youtbe for breach of copyright, and the normal english (with out tanslations) was removed by the user in lieu of the copyright removal request. I am soooo ready for this movie to come to DVD!
Great. It’s everywhere online, but at least youtube’s being monitored!
Question: When DOES this movie come to DVD? it is already removed from my local theatre, the nearst one playing it is in Buford GA at the Mall of GA (three hours from my place) I’m not good at waiting, but am right now thinking of what my night would be like watching the movie on my DCDVD player in bed….
I don’t know but I need it too. I’ll try to find out info on the net and report back…
Great! The sooner the bette for me because right now todur has it only it is all in Chinese and I (sadly) can’t make head or tail out of it
it is a awesome movie!
